Language intelligence for support teams
Customer messages arrive full of emoji, shorthand and slang. Our API gives your agents a plain-English reading of what a message most likely says, so they can respond quickly and carefully.
What the API returns
- A plain-English version of the message.
- The likely tone and context.
- An explanation of the emoji and slang used.
- An alternative reading when the message is ambiguous.
- A confidence note in every response.
Honest limits
Results are automated estimates of likely meaning and tone. They are not proof of a person's intent, emotions, or honesty, and they can be wrong. Do not use the output as the sole basis for decisions that affect someone's employment, credit, safety, legal position, or access to services.
How access works
- Access is granted by us, per business account — there is no self-serve sign-up.
- Each account gets API keys that can be revoked at any time.
- Every account has a per-minute rate limit and a monthly request quota.
- Requests stop when a quota is reached. There is no silent overage billing.
- We do not store the message text you send or the interpretation we return. We keep counts and timestamps for metering only.
- We do not claim any compliance certification or service-level guarantee for this API.
